Service area and charges
Direct website orders are currently accepted for deliverable Indian PIN codes. Standard shipping for the current book is included in the checkout total unless a different charge is clearly shown before payment. Institutional and bulk orders are quoted separately.
Dispatch and delivery
Paid retail orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days. Delivery commonly takes a further 3–8 business days depending on the destination and courier network. Public holidays, remote locations, severe weather, and courier disruption may extend these estimates.
Tracking
After dispatch, the courier name, tracking number, and tracking link are added to your Quant Press account. Use the Account or Track Order page; order details are only shown after secure sign-in.
Address changes and failed delivery
Request an address correction from the support section in your account before dispatch. Changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or handover. Re-shipping after an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery may require payment of the additional courier charge.
Damaged or incorrect items
Submit a delivery support request from your account within 48 hours of receipt and include the order reference, issue details, packaging photographs, and book photographs. We will review replacement or refund eligibility under the Refund Policy.
